I don't understand why no matter what salad I order online, the lettuce is wrong... I ordered Asian Sesame Salad With Chicken,... should have romaine lettuce, I order Fuji Apple Salad With Chicken, should have arugula, romaine lettuce. But it's alwaysiceberg lettuce, I don't like iceberg lettuce. That is why I order the salad I want. but if I go in I get the correct lettuce.This wrong on so many levels... I used to be happy with Panera food. 6/23 I bought lunch for 4 people. I had a turkey avocado sandwich. It was truly dismal. My... 6 year old grandson could have made a better sandwich. the avocado was sparse, the turkey was gnarly and the sandwich barelyheld together. my guests had no big complaints but my husband got the Mediterranean sandwich and commented that he would not getit again. We ordering from this location from over a year already and unfortunately every second day order is not matching with whatever... we paid for. Even after making sure with the crew about compliance of the order, They still can?t guarantee that u will get whatu paid for. This is my favorite Panera Bread. I really like the self-service kiosk, where I can make my selection with all the options... available and look at the pictures. It really make ordering easier, at least for me. Service here is always great and fast. Willdefinitely go back again. Read more
