Food is as expected from pizza hut. But every time we call the location and choose option 2 to be connected to the store the... line is NEVER answered. So buyer beware, if you really want that pizza hut pick it up and check your food out before you leavebecause you most likely won't get an answer when calling. Read more
Nothing to do with the location but offers are misleading and incorrect. Glad I pay attention to checkout otherwise would have... been overcharged by 25%. By the way, they outsource most of not all of their deliveries so don't be surprised if you get a colddrop off by a kid with no hot bag or care for your money. Read more
WORST OF THE WORST I oreded pizza with a bottle of 2liter drink and paid delivery+tips. And the pizza came with NO DRINK and... ruined my day. They never answer the call and pizzahut custom service just apologized me but I didnt get the drink nor refund. Ihonestly feel this is almost a scam!!!!! Horrible experience. Read more

I wish I could give negative stars. Ordered food online thru Pizza Hut website at 5:20, delivery time was 25-35 minutes.... Expected delivery at 6. At 6:30 my order still hadn't arrived. Called store twice, no answer. Called third time and finally gotthrough by pretending I was placing a new order and got transferred. It's now 6:45. Lady said my food was ready but she had nodrivers. She ordered a Dasher to deliver and they should be here in 15 minutes. At 7:45 I still had no food. Called again, ladysaid no ones picked up the food yet. It's now almost 8:00. I told her to cancel my order and she rudely hung up on me before Icould confirm I wouldn't be charged for the food I never got. I am not eating ice cold food that's been sitting around for 2hours. I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again. Why in world would you offer delivery when you don't have any drivers and nodashers willing to deliver for you?!? Based on other complaints I've read, they either need to close this location for good orcompletely overhaul it. Cannot believe that lady was so rude to me - how would she feel if she was in my place? Did she actuallyexpect me to eat food made hours ago that's been sitting around? That's how people get food poisoning. Unbelievable, this isunacceptable business behavior. She should be apologizing profusely and offering me free stuff, credits and/or discounts tokeep me as a customer. I ordered a delivery, but the delivery was 20 minutes late. I tried to call the Pizza Hut location fulfilling my order, but no... one would answer, and I kept getting hung up on. Finally, when the delivery was made, I made the special request to buzz myunit number. This was not done - only a text was left on my phone that the pizza was left outside.
