Wanted a Venti drink this morning. Paid for a Venti chai latte. But obviously, I was not given a Venti. Photo is for comparison... of the actual Venti size of a drink I had the other day. But the short one is supposedly a Venti from this morning. I was in arush to work and didn't realize until I had gotten there, and it was too late to turn around and do anything about it. Seriouslyupset that I paid for a Venti and then got whatever size this is. Kinda wanting my money back, especially since it wasn't eventhat good. Too much milk and not enough chai flavour. Back in the day, you asked for extra heavy cream, they would pour and ask you is that enough. Not sure what you are paying for... anymore. Maybe a cupcake or something different in the bakery case? European Starbucks are much better value and selection. Read more

Never been at this location and probably never will come back again. The drive-thru guy had an attitude, my drink was tasteless... and definitely didn't look like a "shaken espresso" at all. Read more

Order ahead is always off, they randomly change their hours all the time, customer connection has got to be in the negatives?... slow service on top of that. They?re asking premium food and beverage prices for ? Better off going to Dunkin at this point. Read more

The customer service that I received this morning was beyond horrible. I actually threw my iced lemon loaf and hot chocolate... away because I am pretty sure that they spat on the lemon loaf. It was very noticeable that it was wet on the iced part. If Icould give zero stars I would. I should have just driven off after I made my order because my order wasn't even taken correctlyand I knew then that it was going to be an issue. Unfortunately I still paid my $7.44 for food that I was not able to consume.However, it was an expensive lesson, but it taught me to bring my own hot chocolate and breakfast to work from now on. So thankyou Starbucks for your horrible customer service because I will never spend a dime to patronize you again. Read more

Staff is great. Review is of the store. It?s another new Starbucks design devoid of any warmth. Instead it?s a loud open space... with hard uncomfortable furniture. Clearly the message is, ?get your coffee and get out?. Next time I?ll find a Panera; goodcoffee, comfortable seating and decent pastries. Read more
