Very rude and incompetent staff. I stopped by this morning to get a bacon egg and gouda sandwich and a french vanilla iced... coffee with creamer. As I was ordering through the drive-thru, the person taking my order interrupted with a bad attitude andsaid I have to roll down my window, practically yelling through the speaker. My window had been rolled down the entire time.Needless to say, she got my order wrong. Instead I got handed napkins by hand, how unsanitary, a cinnamon coffee cake thatlooked like it was crushed on purpose, and plain black coffee with no creamer with a bent straw. It went right into the garbage.I ordered only two items and they got it wrong. Minutes later the same rude woman, short blonde hair/ short stature, answeredthe drive-thru window and was very condescending when she handed me the pin pad, as well. I knew it was the same rude personsince I recognized the voice from earlier. She said, "I'm going to hand you this to fill out some things, OK?" This wascompletely unnecessary. I know how to use a pin pad. She talked to me as if I was a child. Unbelievable. As a guest and payingcustomer, I did not expect to get treated this poorly let alone get the wrong food items at a Starbucks. This has been the worstcustomer service I have ever experienced. Wanted to treat my mother to some Starbucks this morning as we?ve been dealing with my grandmother being in hospice. Kindness... goes a long way. This place is as busy as it gets. Between the mobile orders, walk ups and the drive through, expect to wait a minimum of 15... minutes. The baristas seem like they lack personality, probably because of how busy they are, no time to smile. The managerseemed cold as ice as well. Won't be going to this location unless I absolutely must. Located conveniently near plenty of parking spaces. Although getting to it is not a quick in and out, that adds to the great... vibe of welcoming you to stay and enjoy a great drink or snack. There is always a great vibe inside with plenty of sittingoptions. Read more

I understand it?s busy at Starbucks, but I always hope the customer service is good. We all have bad days and busy days. My... drink wasn?t correct (extremely overly sweet), and when I tried to nicely ask the baristas making the drinks, I was quickly cutoff and the one was little rude. I didn?t want a whole new drink, just a side of milk so I could add it in. The guy at theregister was super friendly though? otherwise this would be 2 stars. I usually don?t go to this Starbucks and won?t be anymore. Read more

My coworkers and I ordered five cups of coffee from Uber eat yesterday( ordered number1098A). I ordered a Grande decafe pumpkin... spice latte but when I received my coffee it was less than 2/3. I attached picture here. I used to be starbucks partner but Inever treat my customers like that. No matter how busy we were, we would never complete a drink like this and hand over to acustomer. We tried to contact Uber eat but fail and I tried to call this store. The phone is not working. Also, I am wonderingif someone drank my coffee? That?s really gross! Whether I order in store or drive thru, the wait is never too long. The employees do a great job at making sure the drink... orders are correct and keeping the inside of the location very tidy. This is one of my favorite spots to meet up with peoplebecause they have such a wide variety of seating options and the tables are wiped off for new customers. So came back duringthe "flu season" and it was disappointing that you couldn't sit inside but the service was great and look forward to when theyopen the dining room. I did like the board with local events and news, as always the place was very clean. Thanks for thecontinued hard work staff!! Read more
