What is with the kiosks? I want a human....styrafoam cups, no fry seasoning. No condiments on tables, no waitress. TERRIBLE ... when i go out i expect not to have to get everything myself . Haven?t been in the restaurant for a long time. Today may be the last time. It used to be when you walked in, a hostess greeted... you and took you to a table. Those days are gone. Walked in and waited to be seated. A person, finally came to greet us and wasshown to a couple of kiosks where you can place your order. Ok so far. I was having trouble figuring out how to get a darkchocolate shake. After several minutes the same person asked if I needed help. I told her I wanted the dark chocolate shake andshe shook her head and said we no have that any more. She then reviewed the order and I noticed onions on my burger. I didn?twant onions. She tried to go back to toppings and wound up cancelling the order. Here we go again I had to input the orderagain. When we got to the drink menu, I wanted a regular chocolate shake, but it looked like they only had one size so I justordered a soda. When we finally got the order, the top hamburger bun was ice cold like it was taken out of the fridge. Next, thebacon was so thin you could see right through it. Hamburgers were also thin. I did go back to the kiosk to order a shake, but Inever saw the sizes they had. Wound up getting a huge shake. Took half home to enjoy later. I feel bad because they had no helpie. Waitresses or busboys. They used to have really sweet people working there, now only 3 people are needed? a cook, a personto take drive threw orders and one more (dk what she did). Sorry but you lost a customer. One more thing? there were about 8teenagers in the restaurant yelling so loud, no wonder there were no other adults eating in the restaurant. All the employees here are really nice, and the food is always fresh. 5/5 for everything.
I?m so disappointed with this establishment, what happen to the waitresses ? The family vibe? There was only 2 people working... there. Our food was fine , but the fun of eating there is gone.! Covid ruined eating out with family and friends. Read more
Great place if your tired of those other fast food places. Great selection of burgers. Very tasty, and the milkshakes are great.
Give big kudos to the people that chose to come to work and let me order food. Bless these workers. Its very hard to find people... to come back to work so these people had to work harder. This is the third time I got a watery shake but this time the bonus was the cookie in the cookie dough shake was super stale. I... handed it back to the cashier. They do not properly make their shakes almost as if they?re short on the toppings or something.My frisco melt looked absolutely disgusting so I passed on eating that all together. Steak 'n shake has always been my favorite restaurant for many reasons. First, the burgers and fries are the BEST. Second, the... shakes are DELICIOUS, and lastly, the cleanliness it unmatchable. It is by far the greatest restaurant to exist on the face ofthe planet. Read more
