Absolutely pathetic bowl. There?s about a tablespoon of rice. About 1/3 of the amount of food it should be. On top of that I... didn?t get my chips I paid for and neither did my kids who were supposed to. $10 for a burrito/bowl and about $.50 worth offood. Ridiculous. I want my money back. Read more
Elk river chipotle will not be getting our business. Such a disgrace to chipotles! We had a bowl that was maybe 25% full at... best! And had to get 2 burritos for my boyfriend because his first one was so small! Together his 2 burritos did not make up thesize of one normal one. His burrito had 4 pieces of steak on it, and when he asked the guy for more than that he wanted tocharge us for double steak! The queso we got on the side was half full and bag of chips was about a quarter full. We will bemaking the drive to Rogers from now on! If you want your moneys worth, DO NOT GO TO ELK RIVER. Sad rating I know! I'm a huge fan of Chipotle, hands down. As gluten free options are available & the YUM factor is real! But... this rating is for the individual store & experience, so I won't sugar coat my review. First, service was bad, once bowl wasmade, the staff at register left for almost 5 minutes to check on forks. Second, they were completely out of forks. As you cansee from my goofy pictures, it was an ordeal for my party of 3 to eat meal. Third, it was great big chunks of avocado ????,unsalted on my bowl instead of guacamole. Which I willingly choose to regularly pay over $2 for because of great fat content.Not having a fork meant tossing my lettuce in the trash & working with a knife and spoon to cut avocado and get it into my mouthwith chicken chunks that were abnormally large. Again, I really like Chipotle. This location is currently hiring, so if anyonefeels like turning this Elk River branch around, it would be MUCH appreciated! Read more
Most pathetic Chipotle order I have ever seen. Chipotle is better off putting the Elk River location out of business so that it... does not tarnish the reputation of Chipotle as a whole. Place is not clean to even be serving food let alone nobody seems to clean at all. Having dust n dirt hand above open food is... not good. Yes i know ppl dont wanna work cause they lazy but that dont mean if you are under staff that place can get thatdirty. Takes 5 seconds to wipe down a table. Read more
The place just opened and it?s disgusting. Rice still on the tables, crumbs all over the floors and on the counter, online order... placed before opening but yet all the customers in line getting their orders put together first even with the line of onlineordered placed. We stopped going to this location last year because they seem to hold back on their portions, food was often cold or missing... things etc.. After seeing some recent reviews where the Owner has responded, I thought maybe this location was trying to turnthings around and improve. Unfortunately our orders today were still sub-par portion sizes, we ordered a chicken bowl andbarbacoa burrito, both were ice cold. They also forgot to include fajitas in the chicken bowl. I contacted them through theirwebsites automated problem/resolution service and was given 2 BOGO offers as compensation, which we have no interest in usingsince this location just can pull it together. Pic below of next to no chicken in the bowl along with missing fajitas. **Update10/11/22** Replying to the owner's response. As mentioned in the review, I already went through that link/process and was onlyprovided 2 BOGO offers. I should have been reimbursed for the cold meals, small portions and missing items.
