I used to love this location and never had issues. I?ve given them 3 chances to redeem themselves but continuously have had... problems that are just disappointing and plain gross/nasty. This has been recent within the past 2 months. I hope this locationgets the attention and help it needs to get back on track and management reaches out to those who felt it was so bad it needed areview to right the situation. 1. Ordered a chicken Caesar salad- there was no chicken in it or croutons. Just lettuce andParmesan 2. Tried their fettuccine Alfredo with zucchini noodles. The Alfredo sauce was a wet soupy liquid that tasted likejust maybe melted butter? 3. Ordered a Caesar salad today again/ toppings were correct but the dressing was GREY and oily,smelt old, and a weird chunky texture. PLEASE management fix whatever is going on there- I?m pretty patient but after 3 back toback occurrences within a short time span there is clearly a problem. Came here with my kids and wife waited 20 mins for our food got it and it was cold also wife's food had hair in it and so did my... daughter wanted a refund they said they will call when they refund it? Like since when did u refund later on and not in themoment?? Never coming back here very poor service Read more
If you value any sense of time, and are in a rush, do not go here. The employee was rude and disrespectful, and it took me over... 15 minutes to get my mac and cheese, and my penne rosa. The food I received was also cold. Read more
I ordered noodles and paid for grilled chicken breast but i didn't see any grilled chicken in my food. I don't think I would... order from here again. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Our meals were loaded with flavor. $35 for 3 meals and a kids meal. Pesto cavatappi was a little dry so that's why only 4... stars but over all, the mac and cheese, penni rosa, and three cheese tortellini rosa were excellent! The Wisconsin Macaroni and Cheese was sooo cheesy!! It arrived very quickly after my order and was hot and goopy. Our cashier... was so nice to welcome us and give us extra attentive after finding out it was our first time in a Noodles and Companyrestaurant. She even mentioned the app and something about getting rewards points for every dollar we spend. She was smileyand helpful, I wish I would have got her name to give her proper credit. We visited around 2:30 pm on Tuesday, May 10th. Iwas surprised with the odd time to eat a meal that there were actually 4 other groups of people there. Good food, we will beback! Read more
You wouldn't guess from the name, but this place all manner of dishes co training noodles. You have to read the menu carefully,... though, because some dishes have fake noodles made from zucchini. Food is decent for the price. Serving sizes are on the largeside, though. I ordered a regular and found it to be about twice as much as I can eat. I should have asked for the small. Ilike the multi-flavored soda fountain. It was nice to have so many variations of each drink to choose from. The interior isweird, like they ran out of money most of the way into the buildout of the store. There is a partial drop ceiling just hangingabove part of the dining area. They're just slats of wood hanging there, like they couldn't afford to finish installing all ofthe slats and put some ceiling tiles on them. The exposed HVAC system and upper roof supports look really low budget. There werealso several electrical outlets about 12 feet off the ground, at a height where no normal human could utilize them.
