My family and I came here for dinner, my mom just wanted soup! I had a chicken sandwich and it was so delicious, the chicken was... perfect and fresh! My mom had a chicken wild rice soup, same with my dad, but we all did the combo meals so they both gotsandwiches too, I got a caesar salad nothing special, but it was still very good, loved how quiet it was and the music choiceswere amazing I heard Taylor Swift, Harry Styles, and other pop songs that I love the whole time, can't wait for a snowy day toget chicken noodle soup! Helpful staff, terrible menu and high prices. The current menu layout is almost incomprehensible. The ?you pick 2? option,... which includes a half sandwich and cup of soup is priced at the sit down establishments entrée levels of $14-17 depending onsandwich selection. Panera has always positioned their food as premium fast casual but with a lunch menu priced at $40+ fortwo?.and they expect you to bud your table, it?s simply not a good value. Pricing aside, my wife and I each chose the spicychicken sandwich as part of our pick 2. The sandwich was mediocre at best. It wouldn?t be a stretch to say McDonald?s spicychicken has more flavor and more meat. Not impressed and would recommend. We love doing pick up orders here. The food is delicious! You can tell they don't just carelessly throw the sandwiches together.... Their sandwich bread is super fresh as well. We absolutely love getting Panera! Top notch, delicious food! Read more
I love Panera, but I got salads tonight and the lettuce was brown and looked old.
Ordered a to-go order including a mango smoothie. No straw was included. Was not asked about a straw. Ever try drinking a... smoothie in a pick-up truck without a straw?? Salad was ordered "no onion". Even says "no onion" on my receipt. Salad hasonion. It was not busy, cashier had nothing to do after my order was placed. May have been 6 other customers there at thetime. I called to talk with someone, twice, phone rang 20 times after the "we will be with you shortly" message. Call wasdisconnected without anyone ever answering. I suggest that you hire more responsible workers, or always have a manageravailable to take complaints. Read more
Exceptional Customer Service ?????????? The front counter entered our sandwich order incorrectly and it was not realized until... we picked it up from the counter. To correct the mistake, not only did they make us an entirely new sandwich, they wrapped upthe mistake and allowed us to take it home so it didn?t just get thrown out. Then delivered everything right to our table andapologized with cookies? all with a friendly smile. That kind of exceptional customer service is hard to come by nowadays. I use to love coming to Panera! We would have lunch there 2-3 times a week when I worked in ER. I thought it be nice to visit... it today for lunch, super bummed I did. The lettuce was brown, black, clearly old and shouldn?t have been used. I know it?shard to find attentive employees these days, most workers could careless the type of product they sell or offer.
