Food was hot. Chicken was delicious as always. No cashier to be seen upon entry. Another staff had to go track him down. Young... staff that likes to hang around the pizza buffet table. One person at least tried to make it look like he was doing something, but the sneeze guard doesn't need to be cleaned every 2 minutes. Quit it! Get away from the buffet unless you're filling it.It's a Health Hazzard. Also, a young woman was carrying a huge stack of plates, she stopped to talk with other staff hanging onthe pizza buffet & dropped them. What a mess. I know they have bus tubs. Use them!! Gross! If you are gluten free this is the best pizza ranch to go to!! I had a gluten free pizza made for me and they only charged a... small amt for the salad bar with it! Every other pizza ranch we went to charged for the GF pizza and full charge for thebuffet. I ate here for $34 with my husband. The last pizza ranch we stopped in at they wanted $48 for the exact same meal!!( Wewalked outta there!) It was delicious & the restaurant was super clean! We asked Pizza Ranch to cater a funeral lunch for 100 people, and we couldn't have been any more satisfied. Ordering through the... website was super easy. While we were at the funeral, the food was delivered and set up exactly on time. The people serving werekind and efficient. The food tasted great, and the guests were piling up their plates. Staff were friendly and helpful. The group dining rooms were handy, especially with little kids; they can run around and spill... food but not disturb other values Ranchers. For the kids, Milk is preferred over those toxic soft drinks. Salad bar was reallygood for this type of place. Fries chikkon rivals Kwik Trip :). Pizza Ranch is one of our favorite restaurants in Elk River. We have made it a family favorite visiting often. The Elk River... location has a great staff and the food is always fresh and hot. Being able to order exactly what we want to go with our buffetmeal is an added bonus. My wife always orders her favorite pizza. Highly recommend! Read more
