I was happy to see the lobby was open. They only have one kiosk for ordering and a couple young girls were there for quite some... time so I went to the counter and someone waited on me in person. I still like being able to order with a human go askquestions. Was happy that these are still options at this location because many restaurants are no longer willing to take yourorders. Your options are by phone or at the kiosk. Call me old school but if you can't take my order, you must not want mybusiness too badly! I know there is staffing shortages, but we still should have a choice. Read more

Food was okay. The only "service" we got was when the guy set our bag on the counter and called my name. (We had to ask for our... drink cups) The "manager?.?.?" in a sweatshirt was on his cell phone calling about an employee's paycheck. We were never greetedor acknowledged, so we ordered from the touch screen. I might be old school, but there was no "thank you" or "have a greatnight". It was disappointing to say the least. Read more
I went to go to the restroom. There was someone in there so I waited. A male employee came out and I know he didn't wash his... hands because as soon as he flushed the toilet he came out. The sink was not wet and no sign of water run in it. I reported itto another employee and said if he prepared our food I didn't want it. Also I waited several minutes for someone to take myorder. They seem me standing there looked right at me and kept on talking to one another. Finally I said very loudly "could Iget some one to help me. As taco Bell's go this is a good one. Staff is friendly. I've always gotten exactly what I ordered. Food is fresh and hot. You... can eat inside now and it's kept pretty clean. As far as corporate Taco Bell goes in disappointed that the Mexican pizza wasonly available for a short time and is gone now. Just keep it on the menu. Read more
My daughter and I have started to make breakfast on Saturday mornings a tradition at this Taco Bell. Service is always quick and... easy at this Elk River location - for about the past 8 consecutive Saturday mornings it?s been the same friendly staff. We lovethe Grande Breakfast Burrito Combo with steak. My favorite drink is 0 zero Mountain Dew Baja. Maybe I?m addicted but it?s thebest and only place you can purchase this delicious fountain drink. Went inside to grab take-out while my girlfriend was in the truck waiting. Quite literally timed it as over 15 minutes pass. The... cars last in line at the drive thru had already left with their food that was ordered after mine. I counted to six cars thatordered after me as I'm watching through the window. I ordered four items (a burrito and three crunches). Never have I had towait that long in the drive thru for the exact same items. It seems they care for drive thru significantly more than anyonedining in or taking out. Read more
