DoorDash review. They are short staffed. It is what it is. They had a mad customer come in and try and complain about being told... she had to wait longer. Frustrating I know. After she left the manager comes out and gives everyone inside a free meal cardbecause of the disturbance. That is why I will always come back. Great people working inside. Came to store 745pm Sunday 10/23/22, lights off at main sign on road, drive thru board dark, lobby lights off. Two employees... sitting out front chilling on the curb reluctantly admitted they were still open (Google says closes at 10pm). Shake machinealready put away...no shakes, no nacho cheese, no ham. Were told thered be a wait for chicken (which was bs and reversed whenwe pulled up)...peeked in the store...at least 4-5 people in there walking around talking. If you guys are open, be open. Ifyou're faking closed to chase away business and close before the posted hours....shame on you lazy people. Ordered doordash tonight...and can't choose sauces on the app. So I called the store to see if they can put sauces in for... nuggets, and Shannon (manager) says oh we're closed so I can't even do your order. If they were closed, shouldn't they have shutthe tablet off for doordash, or at least stopped accepting orders? Sign says they close at 10pm. It is 9:14pm. I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes waiting for somebody to say something. I... tried opening the door to go in and order, it's locked. 3 employees sitting inside and not one has said one word to me. Horribleservice. Read more
