Delicious food and coffee, nice staff, just too little staff to deal with so many patrons.
Don?t waste your time or money at this location. We ordered a brewed cup of coffee today and it was disgusting. It tasted hours... old and was cold. My dad couldn?t even drink it, so he threw it out. Such a waste of time and money! I called three times totalk to someone and they never answered the phone. Take your business to the County Road 6 location - the experience will be farbetter! Great coffee but my drinks were messed up and i called several times no answer and when i was there they was barely busy at all.... So was stuck with wrong drinks and stale donut holes smh!!! Read more
SERIOUSLY the worst biggby around! Drinks are always hit and miss on how they are made and today went to get two iced coffee... and a frozen brown sugar...gave us 2 watered down coffees that looked like pee said, "I know they don't look the same but Iwatched her make them and they are right , I promise"....I told him there was NO way. Tasted it and literally just waterycoffee! Told him they were not right he said if he remakes th they will be the same ...then handed us a honey frozendrink...told him it was supposed to be brown sugar frozen latte...(that was clearly repeated at the speaker)... he took it backand said he just refunded us. How is it they get paid so much at these places...ask for tips...and still can't make drinkscorrectly or consistently...and on top argue with you when you literally go to biggby practically everyday at a BETTER locationthough... Disgusted with this service! Went to drive thru and my bragels where made so poorly. Cream cheese barely on 1 side, couldn?t... even taste it. The meat was just slapped on only 1/2 of the bragel! I tried calling but it doesn?t even ring and can?t leave amessage! I won?t be back! Read more
Drive-thru employee refused to make my little cousin's bagel the way he asked. When we asked to speak with management the lady... rudely said that she was the manager and slammed the drive-thru window very hard. Read more
Great drink choices, and bagel sandwiches. I always enjoy my experience when I go to any of the local Biggby locations. This one... has opened recently, and has lived up to what I have seen in the other locations. With friendly staff, and great brewed coffeeselection (for those who enjoy brewed coffee like me), they have won me over from the other big national chain. Read more
Unreal. Used to be a good coffee spot. Just paid $4 dollars for a regular coffee, and gave a tip just to receive a room temp... coffee. Tired of getting subpar drinks for greater than Starbucks prices. This location needs serious help?. I will not be back. Read more
