Order pickup thru the mobile app all the time. Everyone has a bogey or mulligan here n there. Lately as in the past few months... tho I've not one complaint. Food is fresh and the service awesome. If the lil red car is out front you'll get great service forsure. Thankyou all again. Read more

Horrible service, rude employee at drive thru and our order was completely wrong. Absolutely the worst restaurant I have ever been to. 37 minutes for 10$ worth of food for my daughter's. No ice the last time I... was here. Be prepared to be amazed.... They poured my coke out of a flat 2 liter bottle. Then told me they have only 1 personworking... No working ice machine... No working pop machine... How the he'll can they be ok with That? The guy told me therecorporate office told them to use 2 liters. To make things even worse I ordered a orange Fanta and Oreo Shake.. The shake wasready before I paid and then had to wait 22 more minutes for the food. Oh and guess what by that time they couldn't find a 2liter to pour my daughter's orange Fanta. So after the 37 min wait I got to here my daughter cry because she didn't get her popand by the way I didn't get my money back for the disappearing Orange Fanta.. The more troubling thing is this store has a 2star Google rating with numerous people complaining about everything this store has broke or missing. So it's not just a onetime thing it's a huge problem and Burger King has done absolutely nothing to address all these issues. So I say Burger King youshould be absolutely ashamed for allowing a franchisee to continue to operate like this. Not only that but your customerpromises are not being fulfilled and your promise of excellence is being grossly defied. I understand one store shouldn'trepresent your business as a whole but it does because your allowing it to continue choosing profit over Your commitment anddedication to serving your customers with quality service.
