Stopped here for breakfast on our road trip. My husband and I ordered omelets which were delicious! They were sooo big we... couldn?t finish it all. We came in during a busy Saturday, but were seated within 10 minutes. The food was excellent, especially the bacon. My husband... and I both agreed that the bacon served here is likely the best we have ever had in our lives. I haven't been here in nearly 20years, but the place looks just the way I remember it from when I was a kid, and the food is somehow even better than I rememberit. Great local favorite. Tip: Look like a regular and don't wait for a menu even after you've gotten your drink order as soon as... you sat down. The menus are in pockets under the table so you can pull them out quickly and you won't slow the very busy butfriendly servers! Read more

Stopped by on a recommendation from the gentleman at the hotel we stayed at for the weekend. Wasn?t sure what to expect, but was... pleasantly surprised. The place has an old homey feel to it, the staff was pretty friendly, and overall pretty clean. Orderedthe biscuits n gravy, with home fries and bacon. (Which happens to be my go-to.) Food took a little time to get out, but theplace was pretty busy, so easy to see why. Coffee mug was kept full, and the food was great. No complaints about anything. Ifyou want good home style food, with great service, check this place out. We?ll definitely be back next time we?re in Indiana. Read more
Busy place!! Diner style... You can sit at a lunch type counter, in a booth or at a table. They turn tables really fast, great... service. Food was good, atmosphere is "fine." (Nothing fancy, but clean and pleasant. No cooks yelling.) We will definitely goback! If you have specific dietary needs this place might not be your first choice. Eggs, pancakes, biscuit & gravy, BLT, Pattiemelt, burgers, country fried steak.... $20 for 2 for breakfast. Read more
