My delivery took almost 2 hours to get here, i understand people get busy and things happen so i called, no answer. I called so... many times at different times thinking maybe it was that busy but no one ever answered the phone. Not even to place me on hold.I got no assistance at all what's so ever. i just had to wait untill my pizza got here. After heating up my cold pizza it wasgood. The order was hot and correct. Thought the wait was long for Little Caesars.
This Little Caesars has decently quick service. I have noticed that they haven't had many "ready" products when I go in, and... I've had to wait a couple of times for new ones to be made. I'm not sure if this is a result of something they do specificallyat this store, or through the company overall. It seems to have coincided with the small changes that all places have, that Ipretty much chalk up to being a result of the current economy. I'm not entirely upset about it though, since this is how I foundout that Crazy Bread tastes about a million times better when it's so fresh that it's burn-your-mouth hot! I might just startordering ahead on purpose from now on, instead of going for the convenience factor in just grabbing whatever is available. Read more
Ordered delivery yesterday. 2 pizzas and crazy bread. Pizza sauce tasted off. Crazy bread was completely hollow and the two cups... of cheese dip I ordered showed up colder than room temperature. I was told that they "don't do" warm cheese anymore! I calledthe restaurant and briefly talked to a very unapologetic employee. Extremely unsatisfied!!! Read more
Tired to order pizza on a friday night. Arrived at the store at the time they were supposed to be ready. Waited another 45... minutes and finally cancelled my order because it still wasn't ready. Staff were nice and very apologetic but they stillcouldn't find my pizzas! Read more
I ordered two stuffed crust pizzas and two cheese pizzas from hot and ready. They were one of the better pizzas I've had from... a chain restaurant. It was fairly busy so that means people are happy going there.. Service was great. The cashier, maybemanager, was very pleasant. There was an issue between the staff that was resolved quickly. Actually, I went to Jimmy John's and Starbucks today, just driving by L'l Caesars this time. However, last week we ordered a... special combo pizza here online for $10 and it was really good! Put in my code in the hands-free-pickup warmer oven & was on myway out in just seconds. Read more
