One star is one to many. Stopped this afternoon, went inside stood an waited. Finally asked if anyone was going to help counter.... Was told they were to busy with drive thru. Told her you have other customers too, reply " WE'RE BUSY" So we left & went to theother side of town. You can't just focus on drive thru. Read more
They have no one at the front counter working , no registers, you have to either use the drive though or order at the self... checkout. Mc Donalds no longer makes their customers their main focus. If I have to take my own order, I think I would rather gosomewhere else. Read more

Love their steak egg and cheese bagels and the hash browns. Service was quick, friendly, and accurate. Lines can get rather long... during meal times. Read more
This is the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. The service is always slow in both drive thru and dining room. The employees... have no motivation to give good customer service except maybe the very young kids that work there. The adults... not so much.The other day we waited with nobody in front of us in line in the dining room for 15 minutes before somebody came to take ourorder. Then, when we did get it, it was not accurate. There was no iced tea put with the soda fountain and my grandpa had towait for somebody to get him tea from somewhere in the kitchen. I am not kidding when I say that I have never had a pleasantexperience at this McDonalds. We came to eat for my son's birthday despite my better judgement but it was a huge disappointment.We should have gone to the McDonalds on the other side of town... we would probably have gotten our food and had a chance to eatit in the time it took just to even get our order taken at this one. I don't like to leave really bad reviews much but thisplace really needs to do something about their employees who just seem to be trying to go slower than slow on a regular basis. Read more
Stopped inside for some sweet tea, figured going in would be faster than the long drive-thru line, boy was I wrong! Before the... employee gave me the cups, another customer asked for ice in his cup. She slowly obliged then finished up with me. Even though Iwas hesitant I tried to get ice, the machine was down. Since the man just prior to me notified her of this I figured she?d justgive me cups with ice or tell someone about the issue, but instead I had to stand behind 2 other people waiting for ice. Shethen gave me back my cups to get the sweet tea. There was no sweet tea?back to the counter I go. Well, the tea must have beenfresh because all the ice in the cups was melted and the tea was luke warm. It was also disgustingly sweet so it probably wasn?tstirred either. Needless to say, I couldn?t drink it until I got home, which defeated the purpose of stopping there in the firstplace. On the positive side, after adding more water whenI got home I had enough sweet tea for 3 large cups. Read more
Went July 31 around 9 pm on Sunday. They were actually open taking orders. They were busy in drive there but went through... quickly. Must have had a staff update, because everyone was pleasant and hustling to get everyone through as quickly as possibleand insuring everyone's orders were correct. I use to drive 10 min away to avoid this location and took a chance because I wastired after work. I was pleasantly surprised. Keep up the good work. Read more
We just drove thru on our way out of town. They did charge us $1.00 for a large water. Never had that happen before. Order was... right with no problems. Read more
