I ordered the large Big Mac Cactus Plant Adult kids meal which is nearly five dollars more than a Big Mac meal, and I did not... receive the box or the toy... So I received a large number one but was charged for the Adult kids meal anyways. There is no wayto call, and no way to get a refund through Uber. They know exactly what they did, but I'd they didn't have the proper items forthe complete order then they shouldn't of charged me for it. Read more
Beef wasn't cooked, it was still raw, my drink had blades of grass in it somehow, my pies were 13 hours expired and my fries... weren't good at all. I got food poisoning from the raw burger. This location needs to be shut down!!! The workers are rude anddisrespectful, the managers are just as bad. Read more
Had best experience, I have ever had at McDonalds anywhere, from this store. Aaron took our order, and he was just on it.... Excellent speed of service in a position I felt I was going to sit and wait for 10 mins just to order. The food was fresh, andfast and Aaron made it all possible with a posstive attitude and owning the night! Read more
The food was terrible. It was cold and tasted old. They forgot the apples and the milks for our kid meals. My mom had to go up 3... times to get everything that was supposed to come with our meals. Both happy meals we asked for only ketchup but the put onionson both. The two girls that were there acted like there was better stuff they could be doing. They were rude and ignored my momwhenever she came up. One of the girls had her headphones in and neither one wanted to take the orders. Their customer servicewas horrible! The woman?s bathroom was out of toilet paper. All in all one of the worst experience we?ve had at a McDonald?s.Just go to Burger King or Wendy?s. Read more

Hands down the worst experience I?ve ever had at a McDonald?s. When we first got there, we went and used the restroom. Opened... the door and about 10 young employees were hanging out & playing around in there. They left as soon as we walked into therestroom. Ordered a kids meal on the mobile app and waited in the restaurant to pick it up. There might?ve been 2/3 people aheadof us. We waited 30 minutes for one kids meal. While waiting, we observed multiple employees just standing around, playing onphones, messing with their hair, doing nothing! So slow! The girl handing orders out at the counter wasn?t saying the numberthat went with the order and made the comment ?don?t these people know what they ordered? as it was a constant guessing game ifit was one persons order or another as number was never mentioned. Put in an online order. Sat and waited at the speaker for 15 minutes before anyone greeted us, just to have the guy tell us they... decided to close early. Then he proceeded to take his headset back off while there was 3 more cars in the line. I'm assumingthat's why we waited so long for someone to tell us they were closed. They should have it on the app if they are closed. Thisspecific mcdonalds is the worst I've ever been to. It's getting to the point where it's honestly not worth spending money here. Read more
