5 stars because they have the Impossible Nuggets, helpful staff, and very clean restaurant. On the down side, the menu pictures... and description were flip flopped. Even the cashier couldn't understand why it was printed mis-aligned. Also a seat nearfront was missing, leaving exposed metal support. No hot sauce available, just soy sauce???? First time ever eating Noodles & Co. food. Establishment was decent, the staff were very pleasant and the food was better than I... expected. The presentation was of course fast food style but the flavor was equal to or better than sit-down restaurants likeOlive Garden. UPDATE: Visit on 7/28/22 Still an okay place but got disappointed this time. Wife wanted a side salad with hermeal. I ordered a Caesar side salad for her, it cost approximately $2.75. The super tiny salad she got was pathetic. If I wereeating it, it would be gone in two bites, it took her four. I ordered the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese with a parmesan crustedchicken breast. Overall the food was horrible. The cheese was cold and coagulated, and the noodles were sitting in a pool of murky water which I... can assume is what the noodles are kept in for service. I had one decent meal when they first opened, but after that it wentexponentially downhill. Read more

The girl at the counter with glasses was very rude and unprofessional. She did not even explain me about the dishes and asked me... to just place an order without even knowing what I was ordering. This place looked interesting so I thought i?d give it a try. The inside was nice, I liked the color scheme. I ordered the... Japanese Pan Noodles and Potstickers. The Pan Noodles were okay, the Potstickers weren?t that good. I think they thrive more inthe mac n? cheese area, which my dad ordered. Overall, the food wasn?t bad but wasn?t anything great either. This was our 1st experience eating here.. The menu was pretty smait's pretty small when we visited before isn't it before so we... did not eat there.. They've expanded the menu the menu and it's very good and they also have chopsticks for beginners if youdon't want to use the forks. Loved our visit! Read more
