Food was fine but The "bartender" Kristina is the worst human being I've met in years. Miserable person who can't be bothered to... say a nice thing to anyone. Don't expect people to just know that if you plan sit in you order from her. She was nasty andpassive aggressive to everyone who walked in. She just killed any vibe Ricky's might have. Everyone kept looking at each othermaking faces at each other. All the other staff were lovely and just tried to ignore her looking at each other. I offered tothrow my trash away and she looked at me and said she'd clean up after me since I couldn't be bothered to! Incredibly horridperson she only brings this place down. This place has amazing authentic Mexican cuisine!!!!?it?s one of the best restaurants in Elkhart, In; the employees are very... respectful, the food is priced very affordable and I will definitely be eating here whenever I get the chance!!!! Read more

When my boyfriend told me this place was amazing, I?ll be honest I was expecting like a really good food truck quality? I was... wrong. Best quesadilla i?ve ever had, his tacos looked amazing and were LOADED (I was too full to try them). I don?t even likesalsa but I love theirs, it tasted like it just came straight from the garden. When I worked within a mile of this place, we had Taco Tuesday every week. This is authentic mexican food. Thank you to the... genius who thought of putting toppings on two tostada shells, so I wouldn't ever have to eat a soggy tostada. My co-workersalways enjoyed the chicken and steak street tacos, the burritos, and the horchata. Also, I accidentally ordered a gallon of thechips and salsa once and then purposely ordered it a few more times before I moved away. This food is addictive and I assureyou, you will enjoy. The only thing I don't recommend are the nachos and I'm still giving it 5 stars, because this is authentic,you don't need phony tex-mex nachos. The staff are always very kind and patient. Delicious food. It would be nice if the building were larger. When outdoors seating isn?t possible, the place gets crowded... quickly - heck, it gets crowded quickly even when outdoor seating is possible. Still, totally worth the visit every single time. Read more
