Usually good but this time service was very slow. The staff is amazingly friendly but I think they need new barista training.... Our drinks this time and a few past times tasted awful and not as good as it should. Milk was also left out on the counter andbeing used off and on without being put away.. the cleanliness of the café needed some tlc as well. Read more

I've been going to this location for years, and sadly this will be the last time, they used to make my drinks good most of the... time, but for the past few months they have been making my drinks wrong 90% of the time, it's either they barely fill up my cupthey burn the expresso badly, or they don't put in the main ingredients. I don?t know why this place has bad reviews. They were so kind, made our drinks PERFECTLY and everything was super quick in... drive thru. I?m a barista at an east coast location and you can tell they they follow drink recipes to the T. To all of thepeople who are complaining about the small amount of foam, ask for light ice or get a grande drink in a venti cup with foam. Read more

I gave it two stars to get the attention of hopefully the manager! You make the drinks great but if there are more than 4 people... in line you?re waiting for 30 min to get your drink ?.. this is by far THE SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever seen in my life. I?vebeen here MANY many times and it?s always the same. This is ridiculous. Only come here if you have nothing else to do that dayat all because you?ll be in line forever for a coffee. I fought the Starbucks craze for many years until I got a $50 gift card...now, I am obsessed with the Pink Drink. This is a very... busy Starbucks.
