UPDATE: Owner called me and made it right. I appreciate them reaching out and therefore am modifying this to a 5 star for... ensuring I was compensated for the issue. Super unhappy with the Nappanee Street location in Elkhart, IN. I put an order infor delivery through the Subway app. Had to go pick it up myself. They still charged me delivery fees, service fees and tip. You cannot get ahold of anyone in customer service and the store was no help as they told me to contact Doordash and Doordashsays they never got the order on their end. This is a screwup and all I wanted was a refund for the fees and yet no response nomatter how I try to contact them whether that e through Twitter or their own website. Read more
My niece and I ordered wraps and made them into meals. Absolutely wonderful. Doubled the meat, very polite and professional, yet... personal. The speed of service was fast, and the dining room was clean. We actually spent a couple of hours there just talkingand eating! Read more

The sandwich artists at this Subway location are the absolute BEST!! They make sure they put enough of the veggies and sauces... you request on your sandwich. Also, the restaurant is impeccably clean! After visiting this location, I will never go to anotherlocation in this area! Read more
