Very very unprofessional. I asked for my cucumbers and tomatoes to get diced and they said no because is to much of a hassle... with no customers in the store. Every other subway I?ve been to they always did it with no problem. Will not be coming back Read more
Ordered a chop salad 2/16/21 I asked for a little bit of extra banana peppers. Got home. Sat down to dig in and found that my... salad was 40% Banana pepper. I didn?t make this a 1 star because well.... I asked for it I guess? The associate on the phonetold me I could bring it back tomorrow. Will update after. Update 2/17/21: Went back to the store today with the salad.Manager came by and gave me a refund for the salad and I was on my way. The crew present was courteous when I brought them up tospeed on what happened. I?d visit the store again during the day thanks to this follow up.
