The absolute worse food and customer service ever. Ordered a bean burrito, a crunch wrap, chicken power bowl. None of them had... anything on them. I talked to manager regarding a crunch wrap that had a smear of meat and cheese. Bean burrito same, not even ateaspoon of beans, power bowl did not have guacamole, no sour cream, a 1/2 teaspoon of black beans, I was told that was all theyserve. Crunch wrap had 1/2 teaspoon of meat, And his response was that it had meat all over. All items were shell only. I wastold to get out of his store, Dakota manager, as the coworkers said bye girl. It?s like they?re not even trying. I sometimes visit this location solely for the reason that it is closest to my house. Miss... the old cashier who was warm and welcoming. I bought three chicken quesadillas and all three were not made properly. The lasttwo weren?t even cut right and we?re only filled in the middle! Like come one. Aren?t these people supposed to be trainedproperly??? I mean I?m sure there might be like one or two people who even care to try at their job but at this point I?m tiredof wasting my money. When 50% of each quesadilla is nothing but tortilla what is even the point. I just wasted $15.00. Next timeI want to eat out I?ll just go elsewhere. The manager Jeremy really was respectful and helped us out since we didn?t want to use the order station. Thankful he will be... taking over the other Taco Bell on Nappanee street and getting it back in shape, definitely will start eating there again whenhe takes it over! They never clean their work stations so if you have a lettuce or tomato allergy avoid this particular store. I have given them... about 3 chances. I get the same thing every time. And every time there is pieces of lettuce and tomato in my burrito. As someonewho used to work in a Taco Bell this means they don?t clean their work stations. Eat at your own risk. Read more
Arrived around 10p. Ordered 1 party pack of tacos and a drink. As I ordered I heard "fu**" over the speaker. I made it to the... window to pay greeted the young lady working and her reply was "I can't deal". I apologized for whatever reason, paid for myfood, and when I received my food thanked said young lady. She rolled her eyes and shut the window. What did I do to receivesuch terrible service?
