Disappointed! The girl that took our order was nice but forgot 1 drink and the (rude) girl that provided the food said we... can't order more and to get back in line. She couldn't take a payment for the drink that was ordered but never provided. Iunderstand there are rules but to be rude and close the window on a customer is too much! Place has really changed since the remodel. I've never had one issue with my orders. Food usually comes out in a timely manner.... Day time drive-thru always seems friendly. Don't review fast food places much because I feel like they are all bad. But Wendystruly does come through. Read more
