Let's go get some wings! Stopped by here around 1 pm on a Saturday. Very obvious there was only one girl working the whole... store. We were second in line to be seated. After waiting more than five minutes and never even being acknowledged we decidedto leave. We could tell it was going to take long time to get seated and to get our food. Read more
An entire half of our delivery order was missing. Called the restaurant and they first told me they "don't deliver" so they... didn't know what they could do. Waited on hold for a manager that finally found my order (placed through their own mobile app!)and he said I'd have to order again or come to the restaurant to get the rest of the order because they "don't offer anydelivery service." Finally was able to get a (maybe?) promise of a refund and had to make other plans after waiting an hour forhalf a dinner. Read more
I use to really love coming to Wings... I can firmly say I won't ever be going back. I got the chicken bacon wrap and needless... to say it's one of the worst dishes I have ever gotten, fast food places included. First thing, there was absolutely no chickenin the wrap, only 1 piece of bacon on each side. Second, I asked for no tomatoes, but there were still tomatoes in it. Moreimportantly though, if you look at the picture, which doesn't even do it justice, I cannot even begin to describe how much honeymustard sauce was on this wrap. My god, everything was soaked head to toe in honey mustard, the whole thing just tasted likeoverwhelming honey mustard that I couldn't get out of my mouth for hours (and I only took 2 bites of the wrap and had thewaitress take the rest). Even the toothpicks that were in the wrap, when I took them out, the honey mustard was just oozing out,it was the most absurd thing I have ever seen out of a restaurant. Lastly, when we were asked if we wanted refills on ourdrinks, we said yes, never got them, then were given the check and just left. Needless to say, I paid 10 bucks for a side offries, and I could of easily went to McDonalds and got better fries for like 2 bucks, just over all a super disappointingexperience; I won't be back. Not all Wings etc are equal. We eat at these restaurants all the time and the one in Goshen is really bad. The food was... disgusting and overcooked. In the wraps and tacos there was no chicken, just the breaded pieces that come out of deep fryerthat cant be counted as boneless wings. The mac was cold. Overall service was not great and as well and my view of thefranchise has changed. I think management there needs to take a hard look at their kitchen for starters. Read more
If I could give zero stars? I would. We took our family here for dinner tonight and quickly regretted it. Our appetizers came... out very well done (loaded tots and pretzel bites). The guy who brought them out said the cooks dropped half the tots on theground and was remaking more for us. Whatever. We ate them. Except the other half never came. Then we waited? and waited? forfood. It wasn?t busy either. When our food came the boneless wings were over cooked and had almost no sauce on them. I orderedthe chicken Caesar wrap. It?s supposed to be grilled chicken, but it was breaded. Again? I just said whatever and started to eatit. Except I quickly noticed there was almost no chicken. It was little pieces of chicken breading but really no meat and almostnone. It was obvious everything had been sitting for a while before we got it. The server took off my wrap, but still charged usfor half an order tots?. Even though it wasn?t even half. Needless to say we will never be back here again. My first time at this establishment... I ordered the pretzel bites, a garden salad and the loaded cowboy burger. The pretzel... bites were burned. I don't even know what to say about the salad... The burger- I opened it up to put the bbq sauce on and theonion rings were so burned you almost couldn't even make out that it was onion rings. The bun was dry. The curly fries were likethey were cooked previously and then refried but ironically they were cold. They took $5 off my order. I would have expectedthem to remake my food or even an apology but neither... I won't be going back any time soon Read more
Came in and ordered some of the wings and a cheese steak. This food is delicious. These are among the best wings I've had.
