Usually a great experience with Casey?s but this store is disappointing to say the least. ATM machine doesn?t work, no pump... paper the last 3 times I?ve filled up, and there?s rarely drinks on the shelf in their cold case. Rude staff, they never answer the phone when i try to place an order.
Just picked up a taco pizza and this is what they apparently feel is acceptable to send out to a customer.
This place has gone totally downhill since Casey?s purchased it from Buckeys. They built a kitchen but must not have staffing... because there is never anything but pizza, if that. Machines are always broke and the staff is not great. Read more
I live right behind the station and would like to fill up there but the Premium pumps are only pumping 1 gal per minute
Not A good place anymore. staff is rude. I was in yesterday and the lady behind the counter was just complaining how she was the... only one there, and could not go out to smoke. I used to go there in the mornings before work however they don not open till 6amnow. Boo new ownership. Read more
Advertised open tell 11 but they are already closed. Waste of time
I wish people would understand that we are short handed. The pumps not giving receipts has been an issue but we have contacted... corporate to come and take a look. I love my crew I work with. Read more
