The most disgusting Chipotle I have ever seen. Counters were covered in sour cream and other toppings - strung from the... preparation area clear to the checkout! When I suggested that they wipe the counter, the worker told me he was too busy. Yetthere was another employee standing there for 3 minutes with his arms crossed since there was no one in line after me. I hopethey get this figured out soon. Read more
We ordered through the app and ordered 2 burrito bowls. One of the bowls we received was completely wrong and did not have a... sticker on the lid stating the name and items etc. It had ingredients on it that neither my husband or I cannot eat. Such awaste of food and very disappointing! Read more

This is not like other Chipotle's. Service slow and unfriendly. Seemed understaffed until I noticed 2 employees on break at the... same time eating in the dining room, oblivious to the long line. Appeared as no one was in charge. And don't get me started onthe lack of cleanliness standards behind the counter and dining room. Pinto beans were a cold solid blob and chicken was cold. Read more

I don?t usually leave any reviews but the disappointment for this location. We were so glad to get Chipotle in Elkhorn, but time... after time we have been disappointed, the work stations are not kept clean, they never have all their items such as guac orqueso or even certain meats. I have yet to go where they had all of the options available. I have given grace time after time.But tonight will be my last visit to this location, I will drive further to get a much better product.
