These comments are in general as I have been to 2 locations. Décor is basic no frills. Ordering and speed generally good. ... Drive through good. Food and salads have been good and different and not something you get all the time. And the salads havebeen large and robust, even the small salads. I appreciate that and think they have a niche for healthy focused and yet adiverse menu. I know when you are dealing with fresh product you have to be on your game to keep things fresh and generallymoving fast. If you are tight for space move your extra boxes chairs from the back hallway to storage just to clean up the backhalls. Read more

Management, please address: Experience was not representative of dozens of other visits at this and other locations.... Apparently, this is under new ownership and differs from the other locations. I reported the issues with my most recent orderbut never received a response. So here you go? Rotten lettuce and extremely disappointing portions. I threw it all in thegarbage. One of my wraps had 0.2 ounces of chicken.. Hopefully this isn?t the quality to be expected moving forward here. WhenI arrived at the store, 4 employees were just standing around. Delicious! A little on the higher end price point for a salad, sandwich, and pizza place, but the food is always delicious and... the ingredients are always fresh. Not a single piece of wilted lettuce or questionable fruit in that entire bowl of salad! Itwas absolute perfection! Read more

Salmon full salad was awesome! Would like it a bit more grilled but still great. Wasabi sauce was just right. Buffalo hummus was... so great! Good flavor and nice pitas. I am very disappointed with my visit today. I have never had this bad of an experience at Greenbelly as I've visited other... locations. The salad consisted of a bowl of spinach with a few pieces of chicken and runny ranch dressing that almost lookedlike water. The workers were not wearing gloves and touched the food like that. One employee kept rubbing his face and wipingsweat later to touch the food again. I was disgusted. I always enjoy Greenbelly but this is unacceptable. I hope this getsbetter from here forward.
