Amazing experience went through the drive through at like 8:45pm ordered 2 meals with drinks, 2 shakes and an extra burger. It... took a bit to get our food but, it was fresh and unbeknownst to us they close at 9pm. The employees did not give any clue thatthe close at 9pm. Great job Hardee's. Read more
I stopped in for breakfast I had biscuits and gravy needless to say I won't be having it biscuits and gravy at Hardee's anymore
Worked right away to fix an issue with my order, food was good and hot!
I ordered the primal thick burger and they forgot the burger patty.
Let me start this by saying that the best food at Hardee?s is their breakfast. Fresh hot biscuits etc?their other daily options... are fair for fast food choices. Now, driving with my two teen daughters, we were trying to get out of Omaha to be to ourdestination by nightfall on a Wednesday. Driving West on Dodge doesn?t leave many quick decent choices. So we opted for theElkhorn exit where there was a Arby?s and I believe a Wild Wings( good food, not for a car trip). Went for the shortest drivethru line?where we end up at Hardee?s. As I said, the food wasn?t anything spectacular, but the service WAS! The woman workingthe drive thru was precise in questioning our order, thorough with getting details correct. She seemed to be the only oneworking inside. She had a lot of responsibilities yet did not get cross or impatient with us. She is the type of worker wealways talk about wanting to see?kudos to her! I love Hardee's but this one only gets one star. The cashiers I get usually are not friendly. Yelling and asking if your done... with your order everytime you say something. On top of that, you will be waiting for at least 5 minutes no matter what youorder. The only plus is the food is better than the customer service. Read more
Apparently they have with the hours to they don't stay open past 10 o'clock at night on a week day that's when they close their... open until 11 on Friday and Saturday but close down at 10 they have with the hours if you seen their hours posted the print isso small you can't even read it if you were 4" away from it In my opinion they close too early why not just open it 6 and closeat 5:00 p.m. make it easy on everybody make everybody expect them to close but 4:06 p.m. and never expect any business past 6:00p.m. might as well close up at 5:59 and leave already in the drive-through waiting and never say a word to them until they haveto drive up to the glass at the drive-through window and knock on it and you have to tell him O sir sorry we closed at 6:00 p.m.that's when we close every day of the week Read more
Always good food here. Bummer they no longer have the cinnamon raisin biscuits anymore though... won't be going there near as... much because of that. Other than removing my favorite item from their menu, food was great Read more
