Jimmy John's is my favorite place to get subs and sandwiches. They have so many options, but I always get the #9, which is sooo... good. They even have gluten free options, wrapping your sandwich in lettuce instead of packing it into a bun. Read more

Not a good experience!!!! Behind the counters packed with employees but according to the receipt, ?Charles?took our order. I... order a #16 with bread taken out, no lettuce, no tomato. We also ordered a pickle and a bag of chips and soda. ?Charles? didn?tseem like he knew what he was doing but we didn?t want to assume anything?.well?.he proved our thoughts correct!! When my orderwas called, the pickle was not included and had to ask for that. (It comes to find out, it was never rang up by ?Charles?.) Iopen my sandwich and it?s covered in lettuce and tomato!!!! We weren?t given napkins so we had to go ask for those!! It seemslike with so many employees behind the counter, something would?ve been done correctly. But the thing that made me throw awaymy food and leave was the young girl behind counter that walked to the bathroom with her food gloves STILL ON?.then to the backdoor to throw something away in the dumpster and then back behind the counter!!!!! This is no acceptable!!! If I were you, Iwould avoid this place! I should probably add that I NEVER right reviews!! Horrible online ordering service. Received almost everything wrong on a simple 1 regular sandwich order that cost over $13... excluding the tip I added. Then tried to get it fixed and spent over half an hour on the phone to be told I would get it freehowever they didn't have my correct order number in their system, so it really wasn't free????
