I recently visited friends in Omaha and had the pleasure of going to this location. The iced mocha was a thing of beauty until I... dropped it and it spilled all over my car. Very disappointed and disheartened that management is failing the consumer but more importantly not training these young... impressionable girls on customer service etiquette. I walked in and stood at the counter for approximately 5 minutes before Iwas even greeted, I felt very out of place when all 4 employees looked at me several different times without even so much as asmile. Katie is doing an AWESOME JOB training an employee here this afternoon. It's been quiet here the past few hours, and I can hear... bits and pieces of her conversation-- gently and patiently teaching the other employee how to do her job well! ...I know thatexperiencing an efficient and accurate fulfillment of your order at Scooters can really make or break the reputation of thatlocation.
