The staff is friendly, the place is clean and it's easy to have conversations because of thetable arrangements. They also have delicious blueberry muffins. Have been in line for 15 minutes and workers only serve drive through. I am not happy with this. Treating younger customers as... if they don?t matter. Did not leave a tip because of this. This location is a disappointment with a staff that is usually kind, but definitely lacking management support. Drinks have been... correct about 60% of the time (we usually order several at once), and definitely NOT consistent. Today?s service was the worstand we will likely not go back to this location. I have been buying Scooter's coffee for years. My wife and I went through the drive through and ordered a large black coffee. We... order this same order at other locations all the time. The coffee was so hot that I burned myself when I picked it up causing meto drop it and spill scalding hot coffee all over my hand and car. When we went back to simply get a replacement the batista didreplace the drink but insisted they weren't at fault because their coffee is always the same temperature. Not true as it hasn'tburned me once in the last 12 years I have lived in Omaha. Never going to this location again. Read more
I would like to Give a shout out to Kiersten for the awesome service I received on Friday June 21, 2019. After I ordered my... drink and I paid for it, I asked her how long she had been working there. She said for a long time and so I asked her somequestions about this drink that I used to get. So I explained it to her and she knew exactly what it was. I asked if it was toolate to change my order and she said absolutely not. Great Iced Coffee and I hardly drink coffee but employees were pleasant and helpful and sticker on cup just made my day
My daughters place to go after school with friends. Employees are always nice. The best coffee drinks around!
