We came through Elkhorn and stopped at this Starbucks on our way back from Lincoln. The drive thru lane was extremely long so I... decided to go inside. We were the second ones to order and it took 25 minutes to get 2 drinks after ordering and the drive thruline was empty by the time we left. There were 6 workers, 3 of which were standing there not making any drinks (and were not inthe drive thru POSs either). Horrible service. Read more
Rude staff, they don't acknowledge you and you can clearly see they don't want to be there. Customer service is not their... forte...the place was dead and I now I know why. I think they only want drive thru customers. Needless to say, I am never comingback here! Read more
This is my favorite Starbucks ever! I've been visiting this particular Starbucks for the past year and usually go through the... drive-thru 4+ times a week. Sometimes they?re busy, sometimes they?re not. But their customer service has been stellar everytime. Drinks are consistent and everyone is incredibly polite and kind. Read more
I have been going to this Starbucks pretty much since it has opened and have always gotten great service and the staff have... always been friendly. This one star is only directed at the store manager. On several occasions he has been incredible rude whenI have been in the drive thru. At one point, as I was sitting at the window, he looked to his employee and said ?she doesn?tknow what she is talking about? with the window open. I can assure you I do, as I am a former Starbucks employee and have beenordering the same drink for years. He then proceeded to argue with me about my drink, accusing me of trying to get a cheaperdrink. Honestly no wonder this Starbucks has had so many staffing issues, because who would want to work for this type ofmanager. It took a lot for me to write this review. While I worked at Starbucks (4 years total) I took pride in providing goodservice and being friendly. I now avoid this Starbucks as much as possible, which is shame bc the other baristas are fantastic. Read more
We came on a Sunday afternoon for some sandwich, panini, and salad. It was nice and quiet because there were only a few people... inside the store. All four staff were hard workers. We were there for more than an hour and I see them continuously cleaning,re-stocking, sweeping the floor, and making drinks. I was curious about their new Nitrogen cold brew coffee and the barista evenoffered me a little sample. Highly recommend visiting this store. Lastly, our drink was very good. Read more
