Out of Mexican Pizzas ordered on the app manager said he could substitute the pizza for something else and I said I no longer... wanted my order and said on the app my order was ready so I couldn?t cancel the order to get my refund the manager there refusedto do anything including his name and told me I have to call corporate it is always something at this location either being outof things or just rude customer service I will not be returning to this location. Service is generally slow here, especially in the drive thru. There is usually no line, or at most a short line. Today I went... there to get food and after pulling up, they tell me they are closed. It was 6:30 PM. They had a sign on the speaker box thatsaid their new temporary hours were 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. They did not offer a reason why they were closed, the guy just said"sorry" and that was it. Until they can fix their staffing issues, I would avoid going to this location. How rude do you have to be to ignore 3 costumers standing waiting to be helped? 3 costumers left after waiting about 10 minutes... to get someone to get their order. We went inside after being in the drive through to get salsa bc we didn?t get any. No one washelping. Who is in charge in this place? Can?t be that 17 yr old looking kid with the button up shirt who kept ignoringeveryone, could it? Where is the Big Boss? This kids need direction! Read more
Not sure if the people there just don't care but tired of the wrong orders. I spend almost $6 on 2 tacos and an order of nachos... and cheese I didn't even eat. I ordered 2 hard shell tacos with no tomatoes and got 2 soft shell tacos full of tomatoes. Atthat point I wasn't even interested in the chips and cheese. Get some help that actually cares. Read more
I work here on Wednesday Saturday and Sundays for extra income. The food is always fast and fresh! The whole building especially... the kitchen is super clean! And yes Mexican pizzas are literally sold out at every taco bell in town so don't bother drivingdown the street to another one and asking lol, THEY WILL BE BACK SOON! Read more
Pros: the food was pretty much what we expected. Cons: the lobby area was dirty -- muddy rugs and floor. The tables, window... sills and counter tops all had food and/or spilled soda. The staff was playing their own music so loud in the kitchen, youcouldn't hear the music in the lobby. There seemed to be no leadership presence, so I will think twice before coming back. Read more
Placed and order for the Chalupa craving box listed on the menu. I was told they no longer had the item but could order all four... items a la cart or place a web order. When questioned about honoring price as posted, the manager declined. Meal was fair atbest and customer service poor. Read more
I tried to go through the drive through a little after 10am today. Signs were lit up and 3 cars in the lot but no one answered... at the drive up even though signs said they opened at 10am. Tried to go inside after no answer in the drive thru and doors werelocked. Not impressed. Read more
