I came here to work late at night. Provided the perfect atmosphere to be efficient. By far the nicest environment I've ever seen... inside a McDonald's...I wish more places designed their lobbies and dining rooms like this. A nice comfortable temperature too.I plan to come back here! Read more
Quick and polite. Come here once a month or so for kids meal.
Completely under staffed... Manager had bad attitude twards guest in lobby. Didn't call out ticket number's, just called out... what everyone ordered. Took to long to get food, not sure how they can call that fast food. Got food almost 20 minutes later andfood was cold. Read more
My mom went there and refuses to go ever again, I was waiting for my mom to come home with food and 2 HOURS pass by and I'm... panicking because it wouldn't take 2 hours for food right? Wrong. 3 hours in, and mind you I couldn't text her since she lefther phone at the house. Finally she comes back with food and the food is super cold and she's going on a rant about how slow itwas and I honestly am disappointed that it took 3 whole hours to get food, her name was also mixed up as Bob even tho her nameis Laura? :/ don't go here. This McDonald's is THE definition of low-class. I have had an issue every single time Ive gone here. The people working the... drive thru windows are about as dull as it gets, and management....well you can tell that they work at McDonald's. This placehas short changed me, lied about entering rewards in, overcharged me, and messed up my orders. This place will never seebusiness from me again and I will make sure every single person i know understands what a pathetic operation this is. Read more
Went through the Drive-Thru, order was over $20, tried paying with a large bill and they refused to take it. Just poor service.... I could see if I had ordered $1 soda, but it was for the whole family… went to Culver’s (in the same parking lot) and theygladly took my money. Why lose a customer over something so petty? Read more
So. I just got home from my trip to MDs, everything else in my order turned out perfect, But this got me confused, i have always... got my iced coffee here, and i don't know what happened, i used to work here and i know that iced coffee is not a soda and hasthere own branded cup, i know they dont look like this and i do in fact know they do not ever taste like sweet and sour sauce.
