Neither cashier knew what they were doing, didn't even offer a menu. They automatically assumed we wanted the buffet. I asked... for a menu and asked for an order of bone-in wings and 1 buffet. They asked if I wanted the wings to go, I said no for here.They had to ask if that was ok. When i got the wings 20 minutes later, they were packed to go, were over cooked, dry, cold andvery tiny. Not a cheap place to eat either. $16 for 8 wings and $23 for 1 buffet meal. Wasn't impressed. Read more
Great place, kid friendly & everything tasted great! My kids were happy. The service was outstanding!! We didn't have a dirty... plate on our table for more then 30 seconds!! Every one went above and beyond from the second we walked in until we left. Wewill be back for sure. Read more
Had my fiancé order pizza ranch yesterday. They forgot to add trail dust on our pizza and that the Italian sausage is really... spicy. She tried to call them never answered so she wrote them an email. They replied our cook thought you said no dust eventhough the receipt says differently and next time don't order the sausage. Food is decent and the recent reno makes the restaurant look nice. All you can eat buffet tends to make people eat too much, but... that is the customers problem. Staff kept the place clean and well stocked with food and fixings. Read more
Wow, I did not realize this location was in such a rough neighborhood!!!??? Considering every table has been robbed of their... salt/pepper shakers and napkins dispensers? (funny, considering that is not the case in the Waukesha location which is in atrashy welfare area.) Overall, the food quality is decent at any pizza ranch. This location is clean and the staff is friendly.However, the price of the Buffet has gone outrageously high and not really that much of a good value anymore. , lunch is$14.99+tax/person for lunch, dinner is higher. (as a former restaurant manager I?m sure the reason is due to the greedy peoplethat come in and over eat and take food home with them and/or have screaming monster children that run around and destroy theplace) DO NOT dine in between 1 PM and 4 PM because there will be minimal selection and the quality level of the food will bevery low and a lot of leftovers. and yes I understand You may request custom pizzas, but come on, I?m on a timed lunch break...they will always have your standard choice of cheese, sausage, pepperoni, and different variances and that is about it and not avegetable in site. Even though this place isnt even open 40 hours a week, the food is good. Everything was hot and surprisingly fresh. The chicken... was crispy, mashed potatoes were great, and the pizza was good. I wont regret eating 14 plates of pizza and fried chicken, evenif it breaks my toilet. Read more
Got there about 4 pm not busy the same pizza's sat under the warmer for an hour. Had to stir to the bottom to get hot food on... the ck bar, salad was great. Dessert pizza's barely warm. I had such high hopes with the new owners.???? Read more
