Guy making the subs said they were out of cheese bread and a new worker clocked in and proceeded to give the person behind me... cheese bread lol the sandwiches were made poorly. I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki and could not taste any Eder onionsauce. Also I wanted a meal but they were out of all cookies and had no chips up. It appears like this is a closing location. Fountain dispenser not working. No ice for tea available. Very few chips like 10 to... 15 bags total for all choices. What appeared to be person in charge made my sub at the stand that appeared to be at the drivethru station and was wrong. New girl that appeared to be first day on job was wonderful but had no guidance from person incharge. Felt really bad for her as she was unsure about how to roll a wrap. This poor service was because the person in chargedid not and was not willing to do her job but wanted to talk on the phone about her personal stuff and plans for after work. This went from a 2 meal sale to a 2 sandwich to go sale. They not only lost money on this sale but 2 customers as well. We live30 mile from here but are in elkin 2 to 3 times a week. Usually good food and mostly nice people. I don't know how they work so fast! I got a sub with turkey, provolone, letuce,... tomatoe, and olive oil on it, and it was probably the best Subway sandwich I've had. Read more
A friend and I went to eat here. 1st and last time for me. 1. Had a gift card. Couldn't use.no one would check to see why it... didn't work. Card is good. 2. Asked for wheat bread told didn't have. The gentleman that was working behind the counter Sebastian I believe he told me his name was was absolutely wonderful his... attitude was terrific and he made a great sandwich it was the first time and my last four visits not to the shopping particularbut to Subway. That my sandwich tasted fantastic I even tip the young man as we were leaving and wanted to get a selfie withhim! Absolutely fantastic I will return. Read more
