Absolutely ADORE this place! Loved it when it was just wine and now that Chef Tim is in its only exponentially increased in... desire. Tonight, pairing this hunky dory sav blanc with shrimp and grits; fabulous dish by Chef Tim himself and an excellentsommelier pick by Jeremy. Apologies for tasting the stuffed strawberry and chocolate dipped cherry before thinking of taking a picture! We loved loved... loved this spot we found while checking out the town of Elkin, which is in the middle of Yadkin Valley Wine country! Jeremy wassuch a fountain of information, answering all our questions. Loved his selection of Italian, Spanish, French and Californiabubblies for our flight. Lovely location as well. The perfect stop for a flight of wines. You can sample North Carolina's best or a perfectly procured array of wines from around... the country/globe. I recently stopped by and had an excellent selection of fortified wines with many types I have never triedbefore. Read more
