Service was not so friendly, waitress seemed preoccupied and distracted. Food was not good at all potatoes were sticky, meat was... dry. Coffee was overly flavored, which made it difficult to drink. Ordered kids meal, but never received dessert. Seating wastoo close at tables, recommend not sitting at tables in middle as you will bump into tables on either side of you. Atmospherewas some what tolerable, not somewhere to sit and enjoy a meal. Read more
Customer service is slow . Food arrived quickly but my home fries were cold . Food was adequate .
Two orders of the exact same dish: one felt almost like a generous half portion... But definitely not a full portion. House... fries dry and over cooked (burned.) Order take out often? Make sure you check the food before walking out: they often get theorder wrong. Read more
Terrible service. Julie was just plain nasty. She huffed when she finally came to our table. She had 5 tables... most are... capable. Every interaction she acted like we were wasting her time. The food was cold. So I mentioned it and she said "and"with an attitude. As we were waiting on our check she looked at us then took a drink order from someone that literally sat down. We had to wait near 5 minutes. She then walked away. We just went to the counter to pay. We told her we didn't have a checkyet. Julie walked up, with a nasty attitude and stated she was telling her Mgr about food. NO YOU WEREN'T!!! Worst serviceever. You don't like your job, find another. Your having a bad day, fake it!!! There menu showed that hotcakes we're french toast and I was deceived. The hotcakes i got anyway we're pretty tasty and the... service was excellent. My family had fun and enjoyed there time. Read more
Buttery goodness! Restrooms could use a little more love but this place does a ton of traffic so I can't complain much. The... steakhouse burger was delicious but wasn't really the best value at $10.19 for the size you get (smaller than BurgerKing). Still giving them 5 stars for the excellent service. Read more
I was not super impressed with my breakfast this morning at this location. The wait time for a table was much longer than... expected and they seemed terribly understaffed. The one girl working the tables (that I could tell) was stretched pretty thin,but also maybe wasn't good under pressure. She seated everyone as soon as I think she may have been able, though there wereplenty of empty tables and booths all over the restaurant. It seems like some of the other servers could've helped with seating,but what do I know? I ordered a coffee and a water. The coffee was exactly fine. A little water for my tastes, but good enough.Then we put in our food orders. I ordered the biscuit value meal that's supposed to be an open biscuit with gravy, shreddedsausage, cheddar, and an egg on it. With home fries. When it came out it was lukewarm at best, but after waiting 20 minutesafter ordering for it, I ate it anyway. I've had worse, but I'd like to get my food warm maybe? The potatoes were cold towardsthe middles and my biscuit was definitively cool at the edges. Like I said, I ate it anyways because I was hungry and on a timecrunch. But gees. I noticed halfway through my quick meal (most of the potatoes were inedible) that the cutlery were superoverused and kind of icky from being washed so much. I assume it was drying spots, because that happens...but maybe it's timefor an upgrade? Eh. All in all it wasn't really worth the $9 I paid, but it also wasn't NOT worth it? I'm not sure what I'mexpecting. I get food service as an industry, and it's really tough, but I also get wanting to get in and get out with a goodmeal when you're on the road (which I am). I like to eat at this restaurant but one day last month I ordered a firehouse chicken salad the chicken was fried to hard I... could not eat it. They put to much spinach in the salad it did not have very much lettuce in the salad. I have not been back since. People that came in after us got waited on and seated first. The hostess said she did not see us . I told we were waitingto be seated first. I was a little surprised at her attitude. She did not even say she was sorry for the wait. Read more
