Pulled into their parking lot after having worked outside in the rain all day. Had hopes of using the "facilities" then getting... something hot to eat & warming up. Walked to the entrance & pulled on the door handle to find it locked. Walked around to theother door (it's one of those double entrances) to find it was also locked. Could see people inside eating. Understaffed is an understatement. After waiting in line for an eternity with noone taking our order, we had to just drive up to... the window and order.
