Understaffed is an understatement. After waiting in line for an eternity with noone taking our order, we had to just drive up to... the window and order. And of course the salads were gone so no food for me. So after 25min. In a fast food line I came out witha lemonade. They said only 2 people were working. How is this even possible? Read more

Soda machine was out of most the soda and had no ice. Order a grilled chicken sandwich and got a spicy crispy. My burger was... pink. The trash was overfilled. Read more

Each time I visit this store my wait is at least 15 minutes and its a guarantee my order is wrong. I really am not exaggerating... when I say my order is wrong or something is forgotten every. Single. Time. And pretty much every person is rude and has nomanors. Read more

What an amazing experience. Hard to describe some of the sights. The dream pools aline can keep you looking for a long time.... The reflection is crystal clear. The organ and tje sound it makes almost brought me to tears, made me think of my Mom. Greatexperience. Read more

Pulled into their parking lot after having worked outside in the rain all day. Had hopes of using the "facilities" then getting... something hot to eat & warming up. Walked to the entrance & pulled on the door handle to find it locked. Walked around to theother door (it's one of those double entrances) to find it was also locked. Could see people inside eating. Got back in my truckand went somewhere else. Won't be back. Read more

Stopped in 10/4/2022 for breakfast around 7:30AM, 3 cars in line. Order taken, ordered a #6 and an extra Bacon, egg & cheese &... 2 potato orders. Took forever, man working the window handed our food, in the bag to the woman in the maroon Jeep Cherokee infront of us. She unwrapped one of our sandwiches, realized she had the wrong order & passed it back. It was taking so long, Ishut the car off. When we go to the window, the guy a the window handed us the bag of food the woman handed BACK to him. It wasso long, our food was air temperature. One of the sandwiches was unwrapped in the bag. We had pulled away, so we drove back toget the food replaced. Guy at the drive-thru decided he wanted to complain about he and ONLY one other person working and heguessed he would just replace the order. We left the food we showed him that was the issues and just left. When we tried tocomplete the survey for the poor service, food and other issues, we realized he didn't provide a receipt with the store numberor other info, so we called. He gave us a "412" store number, which is a Wendy's in PA. The actual store number, we found outlater, is 464. He also lied about giving us BACK the food that was passed BACK to him AFTER we watched it happen through thewindow. Wendy's has NOT contacted us concerning this issue! This Wendy?s has the rudest employees ever. Basically everytime I order a cheese fry from there the employees put the fry?s in... the bag upside down allowing it to leak all over the place in my very nice bag. This used to be the only fast-food I could eat at. Yesterday there was over an inch thick of mold around the pop/ice dispenser.... I brought it to the managers attention & she said they would clean it after they closed!! Spilled pop on the floor leftunattended for over 30 min. The manager came out to get a drink & walked over the spill. I got cussed by the cashier for askingfor ice & tea from the back. Our hamburgers were made wrong. Read more
