If you haven't tried Franks Pizza lately, you have to go back! The Pizza and Cheese Steaks are fantastic! Pizza crust was... perfect with plenty of excellent mozzarella cheese! They're easy to overlook, but please support this great little pizza shop! Buy Local! Read more

I was in the neighborhood and I thought I would try this place and I thought that the Pizza was Delicious but I was hungry Tho!... Lol!! I am going back to see if it was my Hunger that made that Pizza so good or is that Pizza Really That Good, and I will Editthis review accordingly. I went back and bought a Plain Pizza and it was DEFINITELY DELICIOUS I plan on going back to gettoppings on my Pizza and see how that taste!! Read more

Awful customer service. Ordered pizza at 8:45. Got there at 9:05 and they were closed. Not enough service to wait for a customer... to pick up their pizza. They deserve to lose the sale Update: This place continues to have the worst customer service I'veever seen. Open until 9 but stops answering call at 8:30. Drive there to order at 8:40 and they say they're closed. Posted9:00 closing time, door open , and sign says "Open". I came back here to support local business, but they don't support theircustomers. NOT WORTH IT. They'll never get a buck from me again. And I've order4ed 1-2 pizzas a week. Read more

Ordered a 2 pizza special on a Saturday night. Both pizzas were burnt--one worse than the other. Didn't realize it until I got... the pies home and we all started eating them. But I'm an understanding person, so I called the next day and spoke with theowner. I explained my displeasure and asked if he'd be willing to replace 1 of the 2 pizzas. He was non-committal and said Imust return the pieces I had left. Since I had them in the freezer, I said I would when I got the chance. Long story short--Iput the leftover slices back in the box and returned them to him directly. He said there was nothing wrong with them. When Ishowed him the burnt bottoms, he said that's the way they make their pizza. I told him he could keep the lousy slices. Moralof the story--if you like burnt pizza, buy a Frank's pizza pie. And if you don't--buy elsewhere. Read more

Don?t order the special, it?s a scam! Ordered the 2 for $20 special, asked for two of the 3 cheese white pizzas. They said it... would cost extra for the extra cheese which I said was fine. They then delivered one 3 cheese pizza and one plain pizza. When Icalled to complain, they said they had wrote my order down wrong and would deliver the correct pizza. A different guy showed up,the one who apparently took my order, to defend himself and say that he didn?t miswrite it and that I asked for a plain(which Ididn?t). He then said it would cost another $4 (although I already paid extra for the extra cheese) because I somehow broke the2 pizzas for $20 deal. In the end I paid $30 something for what was supposed to be a $20 meal. Scam!! Read more

Our realtor gifted us (2) free pizza coupons when we moved here. While entertaining guests, I called to redeem my 2 free pizzas... and order an additional pizza for delivery. The young woman (probably just a kid) put me on hold to speak with her manager. Sheinformed me that her manager said that Frank?s would deliver the one pizza that I was paying for but I had to come pick up thetwo free pizzas. Nothing on the coupon stated for carry-out only. This sounded so ridiculous that I just had to hear it from themanager and asked to speak with him. He was rude and denied saying that to the young woman handling my order. Any employee, manager or otherwise, should answer the phone by stating their name. Instead, I awkwardly introduced myself, which resulted insilence, requiring me to ask his name. It started with a ?D?. I was shocked but kept cool, as I was ordering in front of guests. One of my guests, overhearing the conversation, politely volunteered to do the pick up so I followed through with the order. Thepizza was terrible. My kids (who eat anything that I put in front of them) complained of the blackened crust and the cheese(which falls into hunks in your mouth rather than going down smooth). It wasn?t worth it and what?s more, we had about 10 peoplehere that were aware of the situation and ate the awful pizza. I am also going to let the realtor know about our experience. Ourexperience with her was fantastic and she may want to promote a local business that better represents this great community. Read more
