This particular burger King has been hit or miss. Most of the time we have no issues when we go. This last stop I stopped before... work and got a whopper with cheese and no vegetables. Order came out quick which was good. Got to work only to realize therewere no sauces or cheese on my whopper. Just bun and meat. Most likely an honest mistake. Fries were cold right when I got themas well, but I know fresh fries can't be expected at all times. Read more
So, we are already way late on our trip to Salt Lake City, so we decide to go to McDonald's to get our favorite drink, because... Burger King wasn't open yet, well ok fine. Then we wait around 8 minutes AFTER burger king was supposed to be open, still noservice. We pulled up to the window, only to see 2 EMPLOYEES just wandering around, doing nothing. We knocked on it, theyignored us and went to the other room. So all in all just absolutely wonderful service at burger king, sarcastically. Read more
I tried to order a shake at 8:30 and was told the shake machine was off for the night. I don't know how long it takes to clean... and close the machine but seems like an hour and a half should be more than sufficient. Disappointed that personal conveniencetook precedence here. Read more
Ordered from the wrong restaurant and round trip to pick up would have been 3 hours. App only gives you the option to "ordered... from wrong restaurant " The food is not made until you get to that store. I have all the back up showing it was paid for butthis store said too bad. Wendy?s next door has dining room closed because people are freaked out about getting the flu... after 16 months and plenty of chances to protect themselves This place has nice clean dining area, it was open!! They need to clean tables more often and not be so stingy with the Fri Sauce after we spent over $40.00.
