I love Costa Vida. But the Elko location really doesn't put much meat on their entrees. I had a sweet pork salad which had... almost no meat on it. My daughter has sweet pork enchiladas, again where was the meat? My son had chicken nachos we had to payextra for meat, which was non-existent. This has happened each time we have eaten at this location. We will not be eating hereagain. Read more
The trash was over flowing, lemonade and horchata was empty. Tables and floor dirty. The food was good but the servers were a... little grumpy. I was surprised. It is usually better than it was today. Read more
I ordered the sweet pork enchiladas with rice and refried beans and chips with queso. The staff were friendly and professional... and when I asked what was good they gave me a real opinion instead of a generic response. The enchiladas were quite good,although the sweet pork was a little too sweet for my tastes. The refried beans didn't have much flavor but once I added saltand hot sauce, much better. The chips and queso were prob my favorite part of the meal. The only improvement I would make is tothicken the queso a little bit but overall it was good meal and I would definitely go here again. 12/12/2021: Downgraded to Two Stars Sad day. They took away all of their daily specials. Now we have no reason to eat at... Costa Vida over other locations in Elko. I hope they suffer financially because of their corporate greed. --- 1/5: HUGE line ofpeople and the staff is prioritizing their online orders. I guess the customers who actually took the time to come to therestaurant are just cattle in the chute? ---- Nice and efficient staff. Really missing the wheat tortillas. It is a good place for a quick bite. It is similar to Chipotle but I think it taste better. I like that you can add extras to... the plate like lettuce, pico de Gallo, sour cream at no extra cost. I had the Baja bowl with steak and it was delicious. Read more
We waited in line for 10 minutes and the servers were standing around doing absolutely nothing. When we did finally order they... didnt put any meat on any of the dishes we ordered. Also the horchata and lemonade containers were both empty. Highly recommendnot going here! Read more
