Chris and Marlene are amazing. I was working late one evening in a big work van that didn?t fit in the drive thru. At the time... the dining area was closed to public Marlene and Chris noticed my struggle and came up to my van and let me come in and orderinside, awesome staff they made my night and made me a fresh meal. good work team. ?????????? When we walked in there was no one at the register, but there were three employees sitting in the booth next to the counter. We... stood at the counter ready to order for quite sometime before anyone even acknowledged our existence despite being 5 feet awayfrom us. Once they decided to stand up and actually do something there was a discussion between the three of them to whether ornot anyone was even on the clock let alone ready to help customers. Once they finally made it behind the counter, neither tillhad a drawer in it. We did end up ordering our food finally and the next battle of finding a decently clean table to sit atbegan. After 20 minutes of waiting, people for three separate orders were at the counter all with questions ranging from justneeding a bag to wondering where our actual food is. Took another 5 minutes before any of the five people in the back came upand acknowledged us. After 30 minutes ?waiting for the chicken? we received our food which could be described as Luke warm atbest. The only good reason to come to this location would be if you?re on a diet. This location generally offers a pretty good Jack in The Box experience. The food is always fresh and delicious. The service... varies. Sometimes they are on the ball, with perfect orders and very professional staff. Other times my order gets messed up andthe service is mediocre. I?m from Utah and we don?t have Jack in the box and I was visiting my mom and wanted to come here and it was literally the worst... experience and I now have a terrible idea of this company and the food. I got the sourdough burger and my bread wasn?t evenwarmed it was like I got the midnight munchies and heated up a leftover hamburger patty and then slapped it on two pieces ofbread that I had left out from dinner the night before. My moms chicken sandwich also had two tiny dots of sauce seriously sodry. Disappointing for $20. Read more
The west coast stores are busy and keeps the food moving! Service is fairly quick & the employees are very friendly!
