Fast food only in name. Took forever to get my food in the drive thru. 2 cars in line at window. Ordered and then waited for... 15 minutes to get food. Get home to 2 cheeseburgers that were supposed to have cheese only and have everything on it. What ajoke. Last time going to that McDonalds. Read more
Really gone downhill people that work there. Don't know if the kios works on debit cards because it's literally says credit only... so they're not sure. Very rude. It took a while to get our food but it also took a while for them to get our order because theydid not care whatsoever who was in front until we actually had to tell them .. They took down the refill station I don't know ifyou have to ask for a refill or they just won't give you one but That's really bad The whole place was very tiny. Only two trashcans which were full to the brim, Very dirty bathrooms ,The food tasted awful. I don't know if it was old undercooked or whatBut it definitely tasted really bad .did not taste right. and the whole atmosphere is not great honestly, I had better customerservice at Jack In The box . I definitely will not be back I really hope they don't destroy the other McDonald's like they didthis one And if they do, I just hope they have better people working there I'm very disappointed Read more

Pure disappointment!!! It took us 40 minutes just to go thru the drive-thru! Started out waiting almost 10 minutes just to... order! Then when we finally did get to the window, the young, rude girl took our card, ran it thru, gave it back to us, thenjust stood there, didn't give us our receipt, then acted like she was busy and disappeared!!! Finally, several minutes later,she comes back, didn't even acknowledge us until I asked where our receipt was, she then asked what we had, so I told her, thenshe gave us the receipt right off the top! Then we asked her which window to go to, #1 or #2? She just said "Yea!" So we went tothe second window to wait some more! After seeing two cars behind us get their food, we were about to back up when another girlcomes with our food. She didn't even acknowledge us, she had a dirty look in her face, gave us our order, not once saying asingle word! 40 minutes! The absolute WORST service I have EVER seen!!! They need a whole NEW crew, you know, with people thatknow what "customer service" means!!! Read more
I've never been to a mcdonalds that makes so many mistakes, the employees must all be on drugs. I've been here a dozen times now... and my order has had errors half of those trips. Save your sanity and go to the other one. Read more
This is the newly updated McDonald's in Elko. 1st. Came here yesterday for 2 frappes and 2 smoothies and they parked me for... nearly 10 minutes for drinks ??????? Then today my kids wanted a cinnamon roll so I thought we'll try it again since it's justdown the road from where we are staying... They skipped us twice in the drive thru and let two other people on the otherside gobefore even taking our order. We finally get to order after the drive thru employee was yelling through the mic in the otherdrive thru lane while no one was there for someone. He comes on asks what we want, we pay get our cinnamon rolls and they wantto park us again for the caramel frappes. We park and wait and they then bring us frappes in a coke cup with the lids smashesand Carmel and frappe running down the sides..... wait it gets better. We then have to say, hey those look really sticky do youhave napkins atleast and the guy scoffs and says I guess and go gets napkins. I know it's fast food and there is a laborshortage but come on. Clean up the caramel and frappe off the outside of the cup before trying to hand it to the customer. Read more
Average McDonald's - slow but somewhat clean. Understaffed or just slow? Clean interior with self ordering kiosk which is... always convenient Staff seemed busy even on Thanksgiving Location is a bit off the highway in Elko No surprises here. I guessthat's McDonald's Read more
