I went in at 10:11 and they were serving people drinks. Once they left the woman at the register told me that they were closed.... I said, oh okay? I thought you guys were open 24 hours. Starbucks is my favorite coffee shop. I love there coffee. However, there seems to be an issue when I order just a regular hot... coffee. It's never hot. It's made ahead of time and put into a craft to keep it hot. I understand the reason for this.. But it'sNOT hot. It's never hot! Let's not forget your customers who just want a good cup of good ol fashioned coffee!
