1st experience here was not good. My drink was just milk and water but I gave them another shot and talked with the on shift... manager and the second time my drinks were delicious as they should be. Read more
Great coffee
Girls paid more attention to hot guy sitting there than making our drinks. Asked without whip cream, got whip cream. Acted like... we were soo annoying cuz we were even there. Then was super friendly to hot guy after. It's cool- whatever.. just make drinksright. Read more
The staff was more interested in socializing than making my drink properly. Then when I asked them to remake it with what I... ordered they argued with me telling me they did when I was watching them and were very rude to me when I asked them to correctit. The worst mocha green tea latte I have ever had and the service was sucks. It is really disappointing. We changed the size of... the drink ordered and instead of charging for the price difference, they charged us a full price. The cashier also rolled hereyes to us for the inconvenience. The store was not busy. It seems that the staffs would rather get together chatting thenhaving a customer. Read more
Hit or miss with more misses. Drinks are not usually the consistency as Starbucks drinks and are off in taste. Most of the time... you have to fight for their attention as well as they prefer to talk among themselves. They also close their machines beforetheir closing time so if you get there 20 or 15 minutes prior they will only do easy drinks. Just go to the one of mountain cityhwy or the Maverick one for a better experience. Read more
