I love taco bell but this specific location needs some work. Our vb team stopped here to eat after our game. I was first to... order at the register, I waited 15 minutes for a quesadilla. A few from a group ordered at the kiosk and that caused someissues. The employees said they didn't receive an order for the one in our group, this person needed a receipt because they getreimbursed for meals, they said they wouldn't be able to get him one after he had already paid. I know they have a drivethrough to worry about as well, but it was only 6 girls and a bus driver who ordered food, it shouldn't have taken so long.During our wait one of our young ladies went to use the restroom and two MALE employees followed her into the restroom. Oneemployee came near our group and said she just wanted to look busy so she didn't have to deal with what was happening up at theregister( they were trying to figure out the receipt situation). Our group was taking a photo(last game of the season) while wewaited and they all just stared at us from behind the counter. We waited on 3 tacos and a box for around 30 minutes after theygave one of the young ladies a totally different order. The rest of the team had time to order and eat their whole meals fromKFC while we waited for on order to be corrected. In total I think we waited at least 45-60 minutes. Read more

The food tasted over cooked and was greasy as ever! So I took it back, and there was a lady ahead of me complaining about her... food, and two separate guys behind me with complaints as well! Not good! Read more
Horrible service, waited (stuck) in line for an hour, the staff was so rude. The person working the window was standing around... fidgeting with sauce packets instead of getting in and helping his crew members out. He handed us our drinks no straws. Thenwhen we finally got our food I asked if there were straws in the bag and he said yes, well there wasn?t. Which in the long runis not a big deal. But I?d definitely consider some customer service training, or staffing more appropriately during heavytraffic times. Also we were missing a taco, the sour cream and lettuce in my chalupa were pretty much frozen they were so cold. Read more

I was verbally assulted by Haily drive thru worker in elko nv. She was unprofessional, no customer service skills. Got mad... because i placed an order, she pulled me forward and i asked if i could get my drinks. this upset her and she lashed out. Idon't understand why an employee would be allowed to verbally assult paying customers. Read more
