Just left wingers before I got my food because the manager told me to move my truck. I was taking up 4 parking spots as the... truck was long but they had an additional 14 spots empty. Mind you now they have 18 spots empty on a Monday afternoon theslowest day of the week. Not many people in inside. If they were busy or a Friday or Saturday night I would understand. This wasa Monday afternoon about 4 pm. If this is there customer service before I even get my food I don?t need there food. You need anew manager!! Read more
I?ve been coming to Wingers since 2014(not this location) and every year they seem to be going down hill. They used to have... really great food but now their just basic like Applebees. Their two best entrees were the Meatloaf(which they got rid of yearsago) and the pineapple burger. Both of them are gone and the food is mediocre compared to what it used to me. Do NOT eat here if your driving thru. I know there are not a lot of spots, but the service is horrible! (We walked out). Here's... what happened. As we walked up, 2 servers were on their phones in the back. They said, "You may want to go someplace else, wehave a 30 minute wait." Now, we are staying at hotel close by, and don't mind grabbing a drink. We walk in, and are informedthat it's not a wait, it's the kitchen put a 30 minute hold on food as they are behind. Totally understandable, no worries atall. We are in no hurry. We ask if we can sit down and at least get some drinks. They said NO. The reason they ga e is becausethey don't want servers putting orders in. We told them, "so don't put an order in, we are just going to get drinks". They stillsaid no. Looking around they had 6 tables sat, that's it and 7 staff. The host said he would talk to the manager, and came back3 minutes later and said the manager says NO. The manager never even came out. TO THE OWNER: I realize this is not your fault.But you had a parry of 6 willing to spend money at the bar, couple drinks, and order food. You are paying servers to just sitaround, . . . And then you get reviews like this. When the sign, front and center says to create exceptional experiences. (Whichwe pointed to during this whole ordeal.) Go to Reno, hire a a good manager who can make you more than the $45,000 a week youbrag about (another big sign in the lobby, which is super cheesy, put that in the staff room). This was our first time ever there and we went for my mom's 69th birthday. Meg was our waitress. What a wonder experience. Yum... yum yum. And then to top it off our waitress was awesome. Service was as good as could be for missing help! Our bartender did everything she could to get food, drinks and bills out -... tough part they were down staff based on what I saw. Food was good, wings were satisfying chicken sandwich was good but had toremove the veg (tomato, onion, pickle and lettuce) they were very sad. Fries were good, probably better right at ready butagain.... probably needed more help. Read more
I haven?t seen on of these locations since I was in Heidelberg, Germany! I came for the sticky fingers! Food was decent, service... was a bit slow but the staff was super nice. I had salmon which was cooked well but I was really puzzled by the mixed veggies.Lots of carrots?like a lot! And I?ve never seen celery in a veggie mix but it was okay. Read more
Paid $50 for the saddest looking wings I?ve ever seen or tasted, a dried grilled cheese with a side of apple slices (3 small... pieces of sliced apple shoved in a condiment cup), a burger my bottomless pit of a son refused to eat and some cold fries. Andthey forgot the kids drinks. Lesson learned! Read more
What incredible service our server Nicolas provided! It has been 3 years before today that I have eaten here. The food has... always been great, but the baskets they served it in were messy and frustrating. They serve your food on beautiful new PLATESnow.
